At Life of Riley, we want you to be completely enamored with your home additions. If a piece doesn't perfectly suit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
